Shipping & Delivery
**During this circuit breaker period, please be patient with us as we take longer to get our parcels out! We are trying our best! Thanks for your understanding. Feel free call us or drop us an email if you have any questions on the timeline of delivery. **
Shipping for orders below $40 will be a flat rate of $4.50.
All orders above $40 will enjoy FREE DELIVERY by standard mail (Note: This means there will be no tracking of the package. We also cannot be responsible for packages that get lost in the mail.)
If you prefer your packages to be delivered by courier, there would be a top-up of $9. For overseas delivery, please email email@example.com to arrange and get a quote.
All orders will be sent out within 48hours, unless I am overseas (this will be announced on the website and via Facebook).
Return & Exchange
We aim to provide as much information as possible so you’ll be able to make the right purchase. As such, we do not accept returns and exchanges except under the two circumstances listed below.
Baby K’tan Carrier
For the Baby K’tan carrier, we will consider an exchange request if you bought the wrong size. As it is a sized baby carrier, you need to get the right size in order to get the right fit. If your carrier does not fit properly (see here for the right fit), we can exchange within 7 days provided:
- it is in ‘like-new’ condition with the tags will attached (we reserve the right to determine what is ‘like-new’)
- the box, manual and sash are included and in good condition
We will not be responsible for covering shipping costs for returns, and cannot refund you the previous shipping charges. We also will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during delivery.

If the item you have pre-ordered is unavailable from the supplier, we will contact you to arrange for an exchange. In the event there is nothing suitable for exchange, we will refund you the full amount paid for the pre-order item.
We accept payment through three methods:
1. PayPal. PayPal is a fast, secure and convenient way to make purchases. All you need is an email address. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, e.g., VISA, Mastercard, AMEX. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay with their service.
2. Bank transfers. Please email us at email@example.com for bank transfer details. Please transfer the payment within 24 hours, otherwise your order will be cancelled.
3. PayNow. Please transfer payment to UEN number 201503003D, and indicate in the remarks section your order number. Please drop us an email to let us know the payment has been transferred firstname.lastname@example.org.
