HappyCoastKids curates products for the discerning parent. We love smart products that are functional and stylish, with that little something extra, and pride ourselves on carrying products that we would use with our own children.
This store started as a way for me to share with other parents what I’ve found to be useful for my own children. I’m a very practical person, and like things that are functional, durable, and good for the children. I have three kids, 9, 7, and 3; two boys and a girl. In my journey of raising them and chasing after them, I’ve tried quite a few products and have settled on some that I find really good - products that I would recommend to my own friends and family. Some I discovered only with the later kids, and wished I had them with my earlier ones. I hope to spare new parents the headache and hassle of experimenting with different things, and help, if even in a small way, to make their parenting journey that bit easier.
In particular, the product that led me down the path to children’s retail was the Baby K’tan carrier. Happy Coast is now the exclusive distributor for Baby K’tan carriers in Singapore, and they are our anchor product. I love this carrier, and am always ready to answer any questions you have on them!

If there’s anything I’ve learned from being a mum is that I don’t have all the answers, so I’ll take all the advice I can get and sieve through for the gems!
This site is also an exercise in ‘just do it’. For too long I’ve harboured ideas of starting a business so that I have the flexibility to spend more time with the children at home. I decided that rather than suffer from paralysis by analysis, I would just jump in and wing it. I hope that through this, it will be a good example for my children to follow their dreams!
